pattaya to kho chang

Does anyone know if there is a van or bus that runs from Pattaya to kho Chang - or maybe to the ferry that goes over to KC. If so do you know where to catch and any idea of timetable or costs and if poss a number / website ? ( a lot to ask I know !! )
