Non o confusion

Featured Replies

Thank you everybody for help this forum. I apologise if I'm being daft but can anybody help?

I reside in Bangkok, Thailand on a multi entry non o from London for 1 year due to marriage. I'm stamped in until early March which will be my 90 days. I have a flight booked to Cambodia late February for a few days to re boot my non o for another 90 days.

Do I need a re entry permit from the Thai immigration office in Bangkok (what a nightmare place.... Take a number and wait!) or can I simply fly out and re enter and be given another 90 days on my 1 year non o?

Thank you

All the best!

I have a related question. If i leave Thailand with a multi non o how long can i stay out for? Can i leave for say 6 months & come back just before expiry date for another 90 days?

You can come and go as many times as you want while the Visa is valid.

90 days each entry.

A Re Entry Permit is not needed.

You can stay out of the country for as long as you want and will get a 90 day entry as long as you do it on or before the enter before date on your visa.
