Aug 24 (Reuters) - Tata Consultancy Services (TCS.NS), opens new tab will buy Porsche AG's, automotive and consulting unit MHP, the IT major said on Monday, as part of ‌a wider partnership under which Porsche has committed €1.25 billion ($1.46 billion) for the Indian firm and MHP.

The deal comes at a time when AI has been disrupting traditional outsourcing models in India's $315 billion IT industry with clients pausing tech spends.
