Aloha,

Where do expats go for their visa runs from Phuket? Are Penang and KL the most convenient options to get 60 day (extendable to 90) tourist visas? Can you keep getting these visa over and over for years and years?

What are the costs / amount of time for trips to Penang or KL, both via air and land?

I'm sure someone has made a science out of this! I tried a search but couldn't find what I wanted.
