Is proof of travel out of Thailand before 6 months required on TR, 3 entry?

Featured Replies

I have a Thai 3 entry TR Visa, and will be arriving at London Heathrow next week to fly to Thailand. My ticket has a return date of August 1st, 2015, and the Visa has a "enter before" date of July 5th 2015. Will the airline require proof of my exit from Thailand sooner than the already booked August 2015 return? Also what could the Thai Immigration Officer demand of me when I arrive in Suvarnabhumi Bangkok, e.g. cash on hand, proof of income etc. Prior to this I've always had 30 day visa exempts with no questions asked. Thanks for your replies, and time.

Let's move this over to the visa forum. Best of luck!!!

If you have a visa a return or onward ticket is not required. The date your return ticket has on it does not matter.

Thanks craigt3365, I guess posting in the wrong forum is akin to walking into the Ladies when you should be in the Gents! I'm new to any kind of Forum, but I have to say, ThaiVisa has been most helpful.

Thanks for your reply ubonjoe, how about the Thai Immigration Officer, what could they ask of me? cash on hand etc. e.g. do I need to have 20K Baht in my wallet.

You will not be asked for anything more than your passport and arrival card.
