Anyone can provide some information in regards

House and Land Tax rates in Pattaya.

I hear the rates going up again this year, how do they calculate those rates.

Isn't the military junta proposing to introduce a new land/property tax nationwide, an annual tax on ownership as opposed to the current taxes which only apply when the land/property is sold?

The rates go up every year!

It may not be a bad idea for a yearly/monthly tax but then you've gotta to collect it!

Who knows what the laws and rates of peoperty taxes really are??? I here so many diffrent stories. Pay when you sell. Pay when they show up at the door.....Oh....and They havent reached this area yet. I have had two houses here. Sold both. Never dealt with any taxes.
