MeMock
Hi Everyone, I have a almost 16 year old niece who is just about to finish high school - what is legally required anyway. She is a smart student and is trying to work out what to do from here. Stay on at school and go to a Thai university or take up my offer of studying in Australia. Has anyone done this before and can tell me what I need to do to make this happen? My plan was to get her into a years intense English classes before further study of her choice. Obviously Australia gives out hundreds of thousands of study visas every year but which one would be best for her? Any hints and tips to make this process smoother. Thank you. Will27
Maybe give this link a try from Immmigration. Using the info you provided, seems she has a few options. https://www.immi.gov.au/Visas/Pages/Find-a-visa.aspx
MeMock
Thanks Will27, That link is quite handy, thanks. Biggest problem I can see is that she will need to do a ELICOS course. Being in regional Victoria it appears that is not an option as all the places are located in the city
