Anyone know where to get Colby cheese here in Bangkok? I see the colby-jack, but not regular colby! Carolina brand had the colby and also mozzalla, but the colby disapeared from the shelves.

I wish we had it in Pattaya. I keep looking and I haven't seen it.

You might try the cheese shop in the Central Chidlom Food Court. They seem to have about everything. It's a bit pricey though. I pay around 835 per kilo for my goat cheese.

Finally went to Caroline Cheese and found out they stopped retailing Colby cheese. I bout a block off of them and had to pick it up, and now have over 7 lbs of colby, cut down and bagged in zip locks, they placed in big freezer bags.
