My wife and my children extended their visa January 3 2015, and they were supposed to do the 90 days report on the 26 of January, the visa agent said the 90 days report should have been done first but they do not accept the 90 days report unless it was 15 days before the report date so, 90 days did not happen and visa was extended for 1 months, while waiting for a year extension,, anybody can shed light to this because they are being penalized for not reporting on the 26 Jan.. Should it be like when we extended the visa Jan 6, a new 90 days starts there? Thanks in advance..

Visa applications and 90 day reports are totally different procedures.

Nothing to do with each other.

So yes, they should have reported on 26th Jan.

Doing the extension is not considered doing a 90 day report unless it is the first extension. The reports should of been done on the 26th of January.
