If you have really big items to move, there are 6 ton trucks you can rent on the west side of Sukhumvit just south of Big C. They advertise on electric poles around the housing estates and smaller sois in Thai language. 4 & 6 wheels available. PM if you want a photo of a typical sign with phone numbers.
