Boatman stabbed in the neck on Pattaya Beach Road



PATTAYA: -- A 19 year old Boat operator is lucky to be alive after he was stabbed in the neck by another man who bizarrely turned the knife on himself after the attack.

Police and medics were called to Pattaya Beach Road opposite the entrance to Soi 12, just before 1am on Sunday and were met with a chaotic scene. The alleged attacker, Khun Kritsana aged 33 had been detained and a knife, thought to have been used during the attack, had been seized by arriving Police.

The victim, Khun Kathawut aged 19 sustained a knife wound to his neck which was later found not to be life-threatening.
