Saw Palmetto for enlarged prostate

Anybody have an idea where to buy Saw Palmetto for enlarged prostate here in Bangkok. I have tried various pharmacies including Boots and Watsons... and GNC do not stock it.

Malaysia and Philippines have it, but I cant find it anywhere here in BKK?

Save your money.

(1) It's been shown in trials to be utterly ineffective.

Really?....ineffective? I have seen it for sale here...try phukett health on line.....I have sworn myself and my patients to its benefits....along with zinc supplements.....what I would add is how old are you and what are your test results? Dre and blood.......

Yes. Utterly ineffective.

Thanks BB. I need a new supply of this stuff. One tab a day and it stops me waking up to take a leak during the night.

I read somewhere that Lab Pharmacy is also at Level LG, Terminal 21, Sukhumvit Road, So I might try that branch to get my "fix".

Saw Palmetto works for me as a morning diuretic. According to the US National Institutes of Health, it doesn’t shrink the overall size of the prostate, but it seems to shrink the inner lining that puts pressure on the tubes that carry urine. That provides enough relief for me to justify its cost. I've been importing it so it's good to know it's now available locally.
