July 28, 2025Jul 28 Since I’m no longer in the vicinity of a bakery that makes gluten-free bread, I’m going to have to start baking my own. I looked around on Lazada a little bit and found a few gluten-free bread mixes there, but I don’t know which ones are good. Anyone have any positive experience with a bread mix that you bought online? Preferably something rich in fibre? Any tips, advice and/or recommendations will be very much appreciated. Thanks!
July 29, 2025Jul 29 You can always add fibre to the mix with a tablespoonful of Psyllium Seed Husk. All the online shops sell it very cheaply, and even Rimping often carries it. I make my own Keto-style bread (no wheat flour) and always add it in. I use a bread machine on a timer, so I can wake up to the delicious smell of freshly baked bread.
