Tourist visa extension

Hello everyone long time no post for me, il be doing a tourist visa extension at udonthani my visa runs out at 28th March it's my first time doing it so I need to know exactly what I need to take.

If you are doing the photcopies and filling in the form before you go to immigration its handy to know, you need a copy of the photo page in your passport,copy of visa in your passport and copy of entry/exit stamps in your passport and copy of the departure card.
