Anyone every wonder how these buildings that are made of about 98% concrete and metal catch fire? What the heck catches fire and burns?

Paint?

Paint?

Thinner, used to make enamel paint thin.

I wonder if this is one of the developments that cannot afford to be finished , as certain nationalities have not been keeping up with their payments because of financial woes at home.

Stop being cynical......Sorry can't help it.

Passed as it was just starting , all we could see was smoke and an ambulance ,

As the Insurance Company say ...

When was the fire ?

Answer .... tomorrow
