Try Phuket Centre Tours on Ratsada Rd Phuket town - one of, if not the only true ticket office on Phuket. They're agents for most of the main carriers - Emirates have some good flights back to the Uk.

Albatross at Canal Village in Laguna (it's actually in the resort). Ask for Robert, who's a Dutch guy who has managed to sort me last minute really good deals.

The lady at the agency I use has got e-mail, which is essential for me with a travel agent. You can sort out everything by e-mail first and then go to pay for the ticket and pick it up. They are in Patong. Her English is very good, too.

I will second that, Roberts a great guy and well worth the drive upto Canal Village if you dont live in the Surin/Bangtao area. He is advertising on his site London for 20,800 baht.

NEVER buy an air ticket in Patong unless you have to, they are ALL a rip off !
