Posting from Pattaya.

Featured Replies

I want to post an item from Pattaya, will the post office supply wrapping and wrap it for me? it is about 3 ft x 1ft x 6ins. Will the PO in Soi post office do this for me? Thanks.

theres a place a little further up the soi on the other side that will do this thats more friendly and probably cheaper too

Thanks mate, I'll try that.

And there are mailing service counters at some malls that will pack and mail things for you ... like one near the front of the supermarket at the lower level of Central Festival and on the ground floor of Big C Extra... though of course they will be slightly more expensive than sending the item directly from the P.O. but might save you the time and expense of running around.

I have sent a parcel to the UK from the PO on Soi CC by surface mail. It's now been six weeks and not yet arrived. I'm slightly paranoid as the label said 'If not delivered do you want it treated as abandoned'. Anyone else used surface mail to Europe?. This was supposed to be a test for me as I'm moving and air mail is horrendous. Thanks.

I have been sending parcels from Thailand for 15 years and they always arrive, but I always use either EMS or registered post so there is a tracking number.

There is also a shop on soi bouy cow, (spelling police!) near the DAILY market, excellent service, prices and english speaking with tracking number.
