If you can live in Jomtien , 500 meters from the beach , soi Chaiyapruek you can rent studios for 7-9000 baht , it depends how long you're staying.

im n the process of renovating my condo in yensabai condotel,new kitchen.all new furnture including bed and mattress.40 sqare meters with large balcony.swimming pool side it will be finish at the end of this month. 10,000 would be a good rate for me, pm me if interested.
