Beachbunny
The biggest watermark in S.E. Asia is currently under construction behind Silverlake. maybe when it's finished there will be some competition and prices will be lowered. You can only hope. Howeve, from the prices listed above, seems like they lowered them from the initial opening. This is the website..such as it is currently, for the new park. http://www.ramayanawaterpark.com/en/home/ Write up on Ramayana... http://www.ramayanawaterpark.com/en/home/ Cartoon Network water park http://cartoonnetworkamazone.com/en/?wo=-
Popular Post Forkinhades
Went to go there a few weeks back, and it was 3500B for me the misses, and my boy who is 5. The misses dosnt swim. So needless to say we did not go. We went to Pattaya Park instead, where it cost us 300B, and we had nice seats by the baby pool, under cover. As your boy is only 2, he will not get much enjoyment from the slides etc etc.
NanLaew
Has anyone checked out Splashdown Water Park on Highway 36, halfway between the Highway 7 junction and Bira? 1500 baht per person doing the games and only 200 baht for spectators or those just minding their kids. Discounts for foreigners with either Thai WP's or DL's apparently. Edited March 4, 2015 by NanLaew

catman20
there's a water park that was being built on the sukumvit on the way to sattahip anyone know if that's finished and open yet ?
Beardog
Just passed by the Silverlake water park .It looks like they are making good progress. Hopefully they are not as greedy as the on out of ban Ampur to Bang Saray. The scenery is a lot nicer as well rather than looking at traffic on Sukimvette. jacko45k
there's a water park that was being built on the sukumvit on the way to sattahip anyone know if that's finished and open yet ? Yeah, it has opened and I hear rather expensive. Splashdown is out near Bira an Hwy 36 and not for toddlers. The old Pattaya Park between Pattaya on Jomtiem is likely a good enough option with a 2 year old, cheaper and easy to get to.

Forkinhades
and of course do they sell beer for dad ? Do they sell beer in any western amusement park ? Are these days all tourist alcoholics? We take our own alcohol, and food in a nice hamper, to Pattaya Park. Great day out, and not too busy. The kiddie pool is quite big with a couple of kiddie slides insides, and a mound in the middle with a fountain on top which the kids love. Also you have the 4 big slides in the main area. It's a no brainer really.
KittenKong
In previous years Pattaya Park (and the whole Soi) was completely overrun with Russians etc., but this year it seems to be much quieter.

Davetrout, Please see posts 11 and 15. There are many polite and civil people on TVF. It seems the rude and uncivil get more attention, which may be what they want. I don't feel sorry for the messages the haters, rude or uncivil posters share. It is their right to display their dysfunction, which is a reminder for me to watch myself in all things written. Have fun at Pattaya Park.
