Ah, here we go again, Jonny's ridiculous and false comparisons. Every. Single. Time. Matt Styler was charged with assaulting a police officer (assault of an emergency worker) and Daniel Frost was charged with violent disorder and possession of an offensive weapon. Frost pleaded guilty. He will be sentenced next month. You do understand when you plead guilty there is no need for a criminal trial and justice happens quickly. Right? Or do you really not understand this? It seems perhaps you really don't. I thought you were more intelligent than that, maybe. Oh, it turns out he also has 25 previous convictions for 55 offences (public order a few times, carrying a blade on other occasions, I don't have the full list). Good lad he is, salt of the earth, just caring about police engagement regulations, innit. In no way was he just out for a good old ruck, no siree. Styler pleaded not guilty and so will need to go to a criminal trial which will be months away, just like it is for every single other person who decides to take the risk of going for a trial by jury. Ricky Jones, once again, pleaded not guilty and took his chances. Perhaps Styler will also be found not guilty by a jury of his peers in which case we all accept the result (apart from you, oh wait no, you will be fine as he's white, so justice will have been done). Tiresome Jonny. The same old nonsense time and time again. Did you forget to bring Lucy Connolly in to this thread for some reason? Just slipped your mind perhaps? https://www.bbc.com/news/articles/cvgz2xq7ykvo
