Semi-Naked Belgian found wandering the streets of Pattaya

PATTAYA: Police were called to a Hotel on Pattaya Beach in the early hours of Friday to deal with a foreign man who was in a semi-naked state and appeared confused and disorientated.

Officers arrived and spoke with the man who gave his name as Mr. Walter Miller from Belgium. He told Officers that he was staying in a Hotel in Soi 5 off Jomtien Beach Road.

Your lack of sympathy for somebody who has probably been through a traumatic experience is horrible.

A mate of mine once came to sometime around 4AM wandering around a rough area of Capetown wearing nothing but a pair of socks and a condom.

I know 5 Belgians living in Thailand and this would be considered standard behaviour for them.

I cannot figure out why anyone who want to spend all their time in the bars actually pays to fly to Thailand from Europe. Stay home and achieve the following:

1. Dont embarrass yourself and other foreigners by the way you act

2. Use to money to get smashed in your own home

Why doesnt Thailand record these peoples names and ban them from entering the country again. They do nothing but give the country a bad image
