stevenl
If the Thai dude is found 'responsible' will his family have to pay the medical bills for the German guys? That would be an insurance issue. After all the Thai guy should have insurance, as should the vehicle they were travelling in.

If he was responsible his insurance will have to pay. Now presuming the car the tourists were travelling in was well insured, as it should be, that insurance will pay and try to recoup from the guilty party's insurance. But that is up to the insurance companies.
jobwolf
<script type='text/javascript'>window.mod_pagespeed_start = Number(new Date());</script> "Chaiyathat said the park would have sign translated into Chinese as well." That would seem to be a pretty good idea. Why would they have to wear Park Uniforms, Chinese don't care anyway. It's like telling the robber that police is waiting for him at home.
