March 17, 201511 yr Great to have those lovely banks who dont in anyway shaft us already being involved, i am sure they will not make any profit on this........They will probably charge a 1000 baht fee if the ticket was bought in a different province to where it was issued! Maybe the government-owned banks, which are the ones being suggested, won't make a profit but, then, why should a commercial organisation not make a profit as long as the tickets are sold at the correct price? Banks are banks, they are not lottery runners. If its a commercial organization which makes a lot of money, why should it be just handed over to a bank? Surely an open bidding to operate should be undertaken? Which Government owned banks are you referring to? Whichever ones the OP was referring to, I didn't write the OP. Why can't anyone here see that the suggestion was made by a NLA member with the intention of getting the lottery tickets to the public at the proper price? Someone please find an objection to that.
