I reached the forum but did not find any information concerning my particular question. I'm thinking of extending my stay in Thailand with 2 weeks or more. I have already used my two extensions on my double entry tourist visa with no problems. So stayed totally around 6 months already (did a crossing into Burma). I've read that i can get 2 weeks to stay if I cross back into Thailand by land. (Malaysia) With a possibility to extend it for one week. Is this correct? I will apply for another double entry (or tripple) visa from Sweden where i'm from once home, and go back to Thailand within 3 months or more. Would me getting these extra two weeks somehow affect my chances of getting this new tourist visa.

Thanks.

You can do a border crossing and return getting a 15 day visa exempt entry. The 15 day entry can then be extended at an immigration office for 30 days.

Getting the visa exempt entry should have no effect on you getting another tourist visa.
