However the cynic in me wonders if the rise is more to do with keeping the police on side and happy to crack heads in the event of civil unrest than anything else - I don't think the present leadership is basking in the unconfined joy of the public as some posters would have us believe... 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
