At 9 37 cet the sun eclipse begin, I read also in parts of west asia, is thailand in west Asia or not?

When something happen then would be around 15 37 Thailand time today?

But maybe we not see something because Thailand is in the east or north?

No!

Wish we had a looong eclipse today laugh.png

If there is an eclipse visible in Thailand you will not miss it.

Long before it will be in the press, television and Thaivisa of course.

Next very partial solar eclipse in Thailand: March 9, 2016, only 30 percent or so.

THE event for the USA mainland: total eclipse on 21 AUG 2017.

That will be a stampede!

Next total eclipse in the region (e.g. total in Siem Reap, Cambodia): 11 APR 2070 !!!

Not for me rolleyes.gif

People live in Thailand and don't know it is in South-East Asiablink.png

Next total eclipse in SE Asia seems to be 09 March 2016.

Indonesia is the main location with Thailand only experiencing a partial eclipse.

I looked into this a few weeks ago and from what I found we won't be able to see any of this eclipse at all.

The posted link appears to show that, indeed, the March 2016 eclipse will be partially visible in Thailand.

Well it's over now (dark outside) and I didn't see anything.

I think you need to wait a year...March 2016.
