Some of us need them, but who do we trust our property with, maybe this is already covered within another topic, but if it's not, maybe we could add it.

We could recommend builders in our area, give names and numbers, but also tell others who the cowboys are so we can stay well clear of them.

What do you think, valid or not, should I go take a run and jump......

Log into their Forum and you talk to experienced guys building in Thailand!

Why not start a thread in the Real Estate section inviting people to submit names of contrators they have used.

If there is a reasonable response I will pin the message so it stays at the top of the sub-forum.

To keep the lawyers at bay, just use the words, "Not Recommended" or NR next to their name without going into details in the public forum.
