shartin Posted March 30, 2015 Share Posted March 30, 2015 Hi all I was wondering, what exactly is the procedure to follow when involved in a car accident. I ask, as I often see minor fender benders where the cars remain in the middle of road causing huge traffic jams - I assume this must be to gather evidence for the insurance companies is it? Say for example as farang had a minor accident, and pulled over to the side of the road as opposed to remain in the place of the incident - what would happen then?
