Single re entry permit validity

I have applied for my first extension of stay as seen in my previous thread, this was way back in February the 19th at the same time I got a single re entry permit whilst awaiting my permission

I have not yet received my extension to stay they wanted additional photos my rentry stamp has the date 20 march on it, I have to fly back to the Uk urgently on April 20th will I be able to use this rentry permit even if I still havent received an answer about the extension to stay? or does this re entry stamp need to be extended?

I will be back in Thailand May 30th

Im hoping Ill get an answer from immigration in the next 2.5 weeks before I have to fly out

You will need to get a new re-entry permit since your current one has already expired. It will cost you another 1000 baht to get it. At this time you have nothing to get a re-entry permit for since your report back date has already been passed.

You should have your extension done before the 20th. Then at that time you can apply for a re-entry permit that will be valid until the date your extension ends.

Just curious, if for example I still dont have an answer by the 20th I assume I just get on my flight and go?

I have a 1 year Non O expiring in August this year.

What then happens on my return?

You can leave and return getting a new 90 day entry and then try for the extension again but I don't think you will have to do that.
