Just got off Skype call with Thai gf and she said she wanted to kiss my feet or my shoe? What is that all about? I tried researching it on Google but get nowhere, (except foot fetish stuff, and I don't think she has a fetish.)

???

That's pretty funny, but I really am curious about it. She said this is some kind of Thai custom...?? The only thing I found out on Google is that a new Thai wife might kiss her husband's feet? Maybe she was saying she wants to get married?

To keep one's head lower than another's foot or similar is a sign of your position, ie everyone has to keep themselves as low as possible in a royal audience
