Hi,

Forgive the nooobie question, but can anyone clarify something for me.

I noticed today that a post was edited without this being indicated subsequently on the page, in other words no small text showing the who and when the edit was made. Is this action correct?

Was it one of your posts..? Are you saying you edited it and no record of this was shown, or that someone else has edited it ?

Maybe a link ?

Sometimes a mod will edit a post (remove names/addresses/phone numbers etc.) and due to time constraints or whatever reason not leave a //EDIT comment on it, that is rare but I have seen it. Also, if it contained some colorful words the profanity filters will automatically kick in and edit it.
