I am having problems with SCB smartphone app. All I want to do is pay cellphone bills and check my balance. Very basic stuff. I don't want to waste any more time listing in detail the issues on this forum. The problems are many and have been going on for a year so I am giving up on SCB.

just want to know if there is a better bank, besides Bangkok Bank, with a smart phone app that works.
