Three arrested in Phuket with guns and drugs

The three men arrested yesterday.

PHUKET: Phuket City police yesterday (April 4) arrested three men who had in their possession either guns, drugs or both.

Yesterday afternoon, Pol Lt Col Somsak Thongkliang first arrested Panupong Srinak, 25, from Phuket with 0.49 grams of crystal meth (ya ice). He was charged with possessing a category 1 drug.

Later in the day, Pradith Wichitboot, 34, also from Phuket, was arrested for possessing 183 Meth pills, a handmade pistol, one .12 bullet, and a .38 Smith and Wesson revolver with gun license number Kor Tor 4003780, 30 .38 bullets. He was charged with possession of a category 1 drug with intent for sell, possession of unlicensed guns and ammunitions and also carrying guns in a public area without permission and without reason.

Police then arrested Wirat Kongthong, 38, from Nakorn Sri Thammarat with a .22 revolver, six .22 bullets and 10 12-gauge shotgun cartridges. He was charged with possession of unlicensed and ammunitions.

But I bet the officers are pissed off for having their heads cut off from the photo.
