90 days reporting

Featured Replies

i have my retirement extention from phuket, i move to udon thani, i change my address to udon thani, now for my 90 days reporting udon thani told me i have to do in phuket and phuket told my i have to do in udon thani,i dont know really what to do,i can do my reporting by mail in phuket but i lost my departure card and they ask for a copie, how can i get a new one, forget online do not work, any one can help, thank you

You can ask a new departure card from immigration. Some offices will want you to file a police report regarding your missing departure card.

Immigration has your departure card number in their files, if needed.

You will have to report your change of address to Udon Thani immigration, before you can use that office. This might require some proof of your new address.

Udon Thani now refuses because you got your extension from Phuket, so they must be convinced they are now the correct office and not Phuket.

If you changed your address at Udon Thani immigration by filing the TM28 and satisfied any other requirements they might have you can do your report to them.

That is what the rules say now.

A call to 1111 when another office that was refusing to do the report after an address change was done took care of the problem.

And good luck with your dealings with Udon Thani on both this and other matters. Judging from recent threads on here about both this particular office and Phuket, I fear that you may be jumping from the frying pan into the fire immigration-wise!
