Ask one of the advertised Lawyers here to check if there are any outstanding arrest warrants. They will advise for a reasonable fee.

It is unlikely you have been " black listed"

Were you arrested and charged?

It might not be that you are blacklisted, but if the tax issue was a large issue then you could get arrested when entering, then stuck in jail and put in front of a judge

Am not arrested,

3 years i didn't go out of Thai and now planning to go out, before that i have to know about blacklist .

i don't want to stuck in jail, like to know about black list and how to clear it

so why are you worried, if you were going to be arrested they would have done it by now, and also immigration would not have given you an extension to stay.

Suspect the OP is not a native English speaker and therefore has difficulty in formulating an appropriate, understandable, question for a Thai lawyer to respond to.

He may be best advised to seek some help at home with his question(s) prior to approaching another lawyer.

As said, get some help with formulating a comprehensive query, written in simple English, which a Thai lawyer could reasonably be expected to understand.

You are now talking about work permit issues but in the beginning it was tax problems !

I doubt anyone here can assist unless you can clearly define exactly what you believe the problem to be.

work permit issues are nothing to do with Immigration, if the Police were involved then that is different.

how i can know the police have involved in this case ?

if you had a problem with Tax then the Police would have arrested you already, for a Work permit the same.

You have been there for 3 years and have done an extension of your permission to stay at Immigration, if there was a warrant for your arrest then they would have arrested you, so do not worry

no one will know, they will try to get money off you.

If you have not been arrested by now then you will not be.

Stop worrying

Blacklisting only prevents you from entering the country.

You apparently are worried about the leaving the country and being stopped from leaving. If you have not been arrested or formally charged for your tax problems you will not have a problem leaving the country.

Go apply for a tourist visa. If you are blacklisted the visa should not be issued.

You need to go back and read the OP. He is here in the country.

Also FYI embassies and consulates do not check for blacklisting when you apply for a visa.

If there had been a problem Thai immigration would have arrested you already when you extend your stay or report for 90 Days

So don't worry just go out No black list for you this time

I think the OP is just confusing himself and anybody he asks. Sounds to me that he wants to know if there is a warrant out for his arrest for those tax issues that would prevent him leaving, and a lawyer should be able to check that for him.
