I don't see how you can be blacklisted without being prosecuted for a crime, or previously deported.

IMO an outstanding arrest warrant is the only reason why you would be stopped from leaving.

If you have a tax debt there maybe an arrest warrant for you, but if you've been doing your 90 day reports, and giving your real address I'd have thought they would have arrested you by now.

Assuming the above I don't think you have a problem, BUT if you have a tax debt and are planning to come back to Thailand you should seriously think about paying it. Otherwise if the revenue department decide to come after you in the future your concerns will be realised.

The only way to clear your problem is to pay the tax.

no one will know, they will try to get money off you.

If you have not been arrested by now then you will not be.

It appears that this is more than a tax issue and that you are working here without a work permit; therefore, evading tax.

Yes. If someone reports you to the authorities for working without a work permit you could be investigated. If found guilty you could be fined, imprisoned, deported and blacklisted. If there is already an ongoing investigation then I assume it's possible that they could stop you from leaving the country.

If you were not caught working without a permit there is no charge. They can't charge you based on no proof and just what someone else says or "Here Say" so forget about that.

If you owe Back Taxes and have been notified to pay, then pay. If not then don't worry about it. You can't be expected to pay something you don't officially know about.

If you Overstayed 3 years, this could be troublesome for you with Immigration. Especially if you got caught before the airport. If you are here legally then don't worry about it. Just leave when you planned to.

Black Lists don't prevent you from going home. It prevents you from coming back. Outstanding Arrest Warrants keep you from going home.

I went with a friend to leave Thailand and he had tax owed to the revenue department and they denied him the ability to leave Thailand. He had to wait and go to the revenue the next day and clear the tax owed.
