Why is it I cannot get the website changed to English?

I'm using Chrome and when I click on the language selection at the top to change from Thai to English it doesn't change..... Is everyone else experiencing the same?

It's been like that for a long time so nothing you are doing wrong. In other words, their website is broken. smile.png

It translates into English for me, or are you talking about another

It translated into several different languages for me. Unfortunately none of them was English. I hit every flag.

Are you using Google chrome?

No I wasn't but I copied the address and it did open up on Google chrome. Going to have to work on that site as it didn't seem to have the new forms. I will just keep fussing around with it.

The only reason the member got it in English is using the built in feature of Google Chrome. The immigration website does not show up in English except for a couple of menu choices on the left.

Didn't the announcement state that the site would only work initially with Microsoft IE?

That is for online 90 day reporting and has to do with their script and database and nothing to do with language switching. Whether you use IE, FF or chrome the main page will not switch to full English.
