Contact Ruthin Eye Hospital on Asoke and/or Bumrungrad Hospital at Suk Soi 3. Both very competent per my personal eye treatments.

Rutnin would be best, yes. but be aware that there are risks associated with pterygium removal, including recurrence of a more aggressive version, and that it is best to nto treat if they are not inflamed/not interfering with vision, and to treat conservatively if just inflamed.

When talking to eye specialists in Australia they assure me that there is no chance of recurrence with todays procedures.

That is not correct. Rate of recurrence is lower with new procedure but not zero.
