Is this a joke post, or are you asking about "Unlimited" Data.

The only way you'll achieve THAT amount of throughput is to either subscribe to AIS AirNet, TOT WiNet, a WiFi HotSpot Service ...or pay big big big bucks to a mobile wireless service and have a bucket of SIM Cards/Accounts you can top up at 12GB/mo.

It might be possible to get a PostPaid Mobile Internet Account, but you'll still be on a per GB data.

I would suggest you pull put a WiFi device near a window and see if any WiFi hotspots show up.

Was in a rented house for 6 months and was lucky to have 3BB WiFi hotspot within range. Used an external USB/WiFi stick w/antenna on the end of a looong USB extension and placed it outside a windows. Paid 99฿/mo for 10mbps unlimited Internet. The service blocked some P2P, but I could access most everything else.

Why would you expect any internet to provide a service, especially for that much internet usage, for free?

They have to build a network, lease internet space, provide all the connections, employ the staff and make a profit and you want all that for nothing.

I suggest you undergo a reality check.

Let's see. 1000GB/mo = 33GB/day = 382KB/s = 3Mb/s sustained

There are no unlimited 4G plans. The closest high speed unlimited 3G plan I can think of is TOT's Xcode B1590/mo 2Mb/s postpaid plan. It's unlimited at max 2Mb/s but it might slow down during peak hours of the day.

A wifi hotspot as mentioned above might be a good alternative. However, I know @Truewifi caps the speed to about 2Mb/s, slows down during peak hours and force disconnects every couple of hours or so. Also, if you're more than 50m (but less than 400m or so) away from one, you'll need a more powerful outdoor device.
