placnx
Usufruct is law and a law doesn't need to be verified by a court of law. Thai Civil And Commercial Code Part III, Title VII - USUFRUCT, Sections 1417 - 1428. I can see usufruct in this section. The question I have is whether the Land Office in A Mueang Chiangmai will record a usufruct of residential property. Does anyone know - has anyone tried? You may be better off posting a new specific topic query in the Chiang Mai forum for a more targeted response.
