I have an appointment for extension, but if it all goes wrong and I have to just turn up, I'd probably rather get an agent than turn up at 4 am and just hope to get an appointment on the day.

However, I don't have a clue how to find one.

Can anyone help, please. Any idea of the price?

Aren't all extensions the same price? 1900 baht

The fee at Immigration is 1900 baht for all extensions, but the fee charged by the agent will be different depending on the type of extension. Some are more complex that others. Assist Thai Visa is good. So is OS Thai Visa if you'd rather work with someone on the Nimman side of town http://osthaivisa.com/ Both charge very similar rates.
