Brisbane consulate closed. Sydney or Canberra faster for visa by post?

I'm in Sydney but I've always used Brisbane because their turnaround times are always under a week.

I'm not flying out until 23/5 but I'm concerned Canberra or Sydney might have 2 week turn around times and I might be cutting it close. If that's the case I guess I would be better off doing it in person in Sydney.

The Sydney consulate website does state a 2 week turnaround for mail in applications.
