I get this error messenger when I try to use my Thai Visa messenger. What gives???

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 314572800 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 89 bytes) in /home/thaivcom/public_html/forum/admin/sources/base/ipsMember.php on line 2780
