Tywais Posted May 11, 2015 Share Posted May 11, 2015 As mentioned, anyone can do it for you. For several years I used to hand the documents over to someone at work and they would do it for me. I do it myself now as I have the procedure down and the department is very close to where I live. //edit - just don't forget you need to have proof you have paid your compulsory insurance and if the car is over 7 years old a vehicle check needs done.
