Hi, I'm on the last entry of my triple entry tourist visa and last week I went to immigration to successfully extend it for another 30 days. Is it possible to extend it even further (7 days?) before I have to leave the county? As my flight back to the UK is 5 days after my visa ends

You can go a few days before your permit to stay ends. The 7 days will start from the date your permit to stay ends.
