They say that numerous weapons were seized, but all I can see in the photo is an assault rifle, some bullets and a flakjacket !!!! Hardly a major find.

the rifle in the back looks like a bolt action hunting rifle with a wooden stock, maybe a old .308.

the black rifle in the foreground looks like a AK 47 variant. but the mags are so thick, i wonder if it has something to do with all those 12 gauge shotgun shells on the left side of the photo? semi auto shotgun?

or maybe it is a air soft want to be...

There is one rifle in the photo with an attached scope and possibly a suppressor which is laying

on its side above what looks like an AK type weapon and below the rifle...which is a bolt action

rifle btw.

The AK type weapon is most likely a Saiga12 or a copy of one. 12 gauge automatic shotgun with

safe, semi & full auto modes of fire. There are many variants of this weapon...Google Saiga 12.

The ammo on the table appears to be for the riflle and looks similar to 7.62/308 but hard to tell as

the pic is kinda crappy. The other ammo looks like 7.62x25 pistol ammo...again hard to be sure though.

The magazines are for 12 gauge ammo hence the thickness.

I have a feeling the weapons & ammo belong to some other person/persons and not the lady in the pic.

Then again TiT & one cannot be sure.

Addendum...

If one follows the link and reads the article it states they found a Saiga 12. Plus one can clearly

a suppressor laying on the bed in the second photo.

I assume the boys at the background are plain clothes police men? why are they posing for the picture, are they not suppose to be undercover cops?

Right on. The black gun is a Kalashnikov semi or full-auto shotgun which is an AK variant. It might be a Saiga. These are com-block guns and are still manufactured.

The rifle looks like a Remington 700 ADL in unknown caliber. There are lots of calibers for that gun. It is a high powered bolt action hunting rifle.

I don't see a silencer, but rather I see a flash suppressor.

Will take out you and a few others................

Right on. That shotgun is typically loaded with what's called buckshot which is larger lead shot designed to kill a deer. Those look like 2 3/4 inch shells and they would hold nine pellets of 00 buckshot, each the diameter and speed of a 9mm bullet. It's a close range weapon which could deliver a load comparable to being hit with nine 9mm bullets in a fairly tight area all at once.

IMHO it is the best close range assault or defense weapon which can be readily carried and used. OTOH it doesn't have much range at which point a rifle is needed. It looks like they had that also.
