After about 12 months in business the tax office crew visited, registered her little enterprise and collected the alcohol and tobacco duty. They mentioned at the time that they usually overlook new 'businesses' in the first year or so as they seldom continue trading for very long. May cost 200 thb to do it or less. Only will pay taxes if the net yearly profit is over 300,000. If the business owners are more than one person, even with a farang, the Limited Partnership Company is the cheapest and easier to register at the local DBD office.
