Moving from one Changwat to another - Blue Book requirements

I shall shortly be moving to another Changwat - so change of address and change of province.

Can someone tell me what will be required regarding my car?

I presume I'll need new number plates - is this right? - Do the plates refer to the owner's location or the original location of the vehicle?

You can get new plates if you want but it is not necessary as out of province cars and bikes can still be taxed and insured at your local DLT.

What about a change of owner's address? How will that affect the situation?

Take proof of your new address to your new local DLT and they should change it.
