I have a one year multi o visa based on marriage, it is almost up i have extended an extra 90 days and then a extra 60 days, I have no other option to leave and obtain another 1 year non o multi visa.

My question is I am in hospital and my leave by day is getting closer 28/5, what are my options if unfit to travel, can I get another extension from immigration? I am not sure when I get out.
