Job type: Full-Time Office location: Ekamai Soi 3

Job responsibilities

· Managing the calendar and making travel arrangements

· Preparing financial reports and putting together tax files.

· Appointment setting and correspondence

· General office duties, i.e., copying, filing, pickup/drop off mail and distribution of mail and monitor incoming faxes and e-mails.

· Other duties as assigned that related this position.

Required qualifications

· Thai national

· 1-2 years related work experience

· Knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel.

· Strong verbal communication skills

· Strong organizational skills

· Strong Interpersonal communication skills helpful.

· Ability to work with minimal supervision

· Professional, integral team player.

· Proactive and keen to learn

· Fluent in both English and Thai

COMPENSATION: Starting 20,000 THB Basic
